Well, this issue is pretty interesting I guess. We get the story of Harry Osborn's return and let me tell you it is extremely disappointing. Somehow the goblin potion saved him because he was high on it at the time of his death. What? Anywho, we get a really interesting story other than that. Harry is heading back to Liz Allen's to discuss something. (I don't remeber the details.) And once he arrives we learn that the Allen family is sick of him. This is understandable. I mean the guy turned into the freaking Green Goblin and almost had all of them killed. Then, what twenty years later he returns and starts going out with Lily Hollister. He broke that family. And a trip back to see Liz is not complete with out running into her step-brother, the the Molten Man. And he has one goal: Get Harry out of his sister's life. Oh, and we see that little Normie, Harry's son, is a chip off of the old block. Yep, he's a spider-hater too. Like father, like son, like gradson. So, that's about it with this issue of Amazing Spider-man.
However, I feel as if I should talk to you guys about Secret Invasion. Now, I didn't read it, but I've heard plenty, so most of this should be right. Iron Man is no longer head of SHIELD, because he was not able to stop the alien invasion. This is cool with me. I never cared for him in that position anyway. Norman Osborn (this was quite the year for the Osborns) is the new head SHIELD. This sucks for our webhead. Dark Reign should make for a verry interesting story though. It should be exciting to watch the Marvel Universe collapse under such an evil dude. Another death occured in the Mighty Marvel Universe lately. This month we say goodbye to Wasp. I'd love to say that she will be missed, but she was kind of a flat character. She'll probably be back in a month or so anyway. Everyone always is. (P.S. If any writers are reading, don't bring back Steve Rogers. Let the Captain RIP.) Well, everyone, have a Happy New Year and see you when I see you.
